The Supply Chain function at ProStrakan is the product manufacturing and supply "operations" element. Providing the connectivity between Business Development and Sales and Marketing. The Supply Chain function manages the relationships with our supply partners and vendors resulting from Business Development and/or Clinical Development activity to ensure timely provision of product to market in support of our Sales and Marketing effort. The Supply Chain team model our projected business needs and convert them into effective manufacturing, supply and inventory strategies, working closely with our selected supply and service partners.
